Midtown Restaurant -WOWHad an unbelievable lunch for $6 that included soup and salad bar today at Midtown in New London. The Italian herb chicken was the chalkboard feature today and it was GREAT!! What a deal too. The new owners are surely keeping the tradition of great food and reasonable lunch specials a part of Midtown. I was able to keep from ordering some pie today, but I may just have to go back later for that. The banana cream is out of this world and I saw a cherry cream that I imagine must be good. Long time owner Mary Sommers is still the princes of pie here in New London and Midtown is the place to get it.
