Open Water EverywhereThe river is open although there is still some ice chunks floating around. Some anglers are finding some success and some are just catching a few, but that's normal for "up run" fishing. The warm up and some additional flow should improve fishing and draw more fish. I'll be out night fishing soon and will report from that.
